Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every Perfectly Seasoned product. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, we’ll fix it quickly and fairly.

Food Safety Note (Important)

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, even if the pouch or jar is still sealed. This is a legal food-safety requirement.

If you’re unsure about a product before buying, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help choose the right one.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us at:

within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A quick photo of the issue (if damaged or incorrect)

We will replace the item or offer a refund — whichever you prefer.


Refund Process

Once we review your request and it’s approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you're waiting on a refund, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card again
  • Contact your card provider — some take extra time
  • Contact your bank — processing delays are common

Sale Items

Sale items can be replaced if damaged or faulty, but cannot be refunded for change of mind.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products.

Gifts

If you received Perfectly Seasoned products as a gift:

  • If the order was marked as a gift at purchase, any approved refund will be issued as a gift credit to you.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
