Chicken Seasoning
Balanced flavour that works anywhere.
Ingredients: Garlic Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Native Thyme, Ground Mustard, Dried Basil, Pepperberry, Red Pepper Flakes, Sea Salt, Paprika, Brown Sugar.
Garlic and cumin build a savoury base. Mustard and pepperberry add character. Paprika and brown sugar support colour and caramelisation without sweetness taking over.

Lamb Seasoning

Rosemary and native thyme form the backbone. Mint lifts the finish. Cumin adds subtle warmth and depth. Built specifically for lamb’s richness — not a generic herb mix.

Beef & BBQ Seasoning (Swagman — evolved)
Deep, savoury and made for heat.
Ingredients: Paprika (Sweet & Smoked), Australian Sea Salt, Tomato Flakes, Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Mustard Powder, Ground Coriander, Black Pepper, Pepperberry, Bush Tomato.
Sweet and smoked paprika lay the base. Bush tomato and tomato flakes bring umami. Pepperberry adds a distinctly Australian edge. A touch of brown sugar supports bark and caramelisation.
